The Rhode Island Department of Health is pleased to offer the opportunity for licensees to renew or apply for licensure online.
NEW USERS:

You must register and create your own User ID and Password in order to enter our online system.

To renew a professional license or apply for a license please click the Register A Person link on the left.

To renew a business or facility license please click the Register A Facility link on the left.

RETURNING USERS: Enter your User Id and Password below.

If you have FORGOTTEN your login information you will need to Re-Register and create a new User Id and Password, To Re-Register click the Register A Person or Register A Facility link to the left.
